Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Once the installation is done for battery there will no return & replacement will accept.
• If there is any duplicate transaction for one product company will process the refund in 7 days.
• Customer can return the product at the time of delivery. Customer can ask for refund in case of product not delivered in given timeline.
• OnlineBatteryWala.com is committed to deliver the product on time every time , But in case of non availability of product company will deliver the similar product of other brand with the consent of the customer only.
• In case of non availability of product customer has right to take refund of his payment , The refund will be done as per the concerned bank policy ( i.e. it may take 7-15 days).
• In case of customer wants to cancel the order within 1 hour of placing the order there will be no charge taken by the company. If the product is dispatched, that case customer has to pay Rs. 300 (towards cancellation charges ) + 3% of total payment ( towards online payment charges).
• In case the customer has received the damaged product customer needs to inform our call centre at the time of delivery. The company will issue a new product in place of faulty product.
• The company will not entertain any refund , return in below cases : - Physical damage of products. - Products which are tampered and missing serial numbers. - Products defected which are not covered under manufacturerswarranty. - Products which are returned without any original packaging. |
